I am not able to understand what went wrong. Why I am getting the wrong output.

Seems like, if in the data element even a single word is present it is returned as a match.

please help me understand what wrong I am doing.

      Update:

      xdmp:plan output

Look at the output of xdmp:plan of your search. I expect the insensitive options are defeating wildcard optimization in such a way that you are getting a very weak query.
