Do not send autoreply msg when email being forwarded or coming from mailing list

0

I've been struggling with the following issue using Plesk Onyx for some days now: Is it possible to omit sending an autoreplay message if an email is being forwarded or coming from a mailing list?

So let's say autoreply@domain.com does have an active autoresponder set up for the account. When sending to autoreply@domain.com directly it should be sending an autoresponder message which it does.

When sending an email to randomuser@domain.com which forwards emails to autoreply@domain.com, it should not be sending the autoresponder message to the sender.

We've been trying several options including mailing lists or autoresponse (which is discontinued) but it's always sending the autoresponder message.

Is there any way to get around this using Plesk (or customisations to the Postfix configs)?

Thanks a lot!
