Telegram Bot: popup input hint in dropdown menu

0

I'm creating a Telegram bot, where the user has to launch commands using particular words that match the ones in a database.
For example:

/command <word1>, <word2>

The database is really huge (4000+ lines), so I'm searching for a way to popup a input hint after the 3rd or 4th character input by the user (like when you start typing a command using "/", the available commands of the bot appears). When tapping on the preferred hint, the command auto-launches.

I need the input hint only after the "," (only for <word2>).

Is it possible to achieve this result? (I'm using php for my bot)
