Force DataGridViewButtonCell to redraw
I have a custom DataGridViewButtonCell
. When pressing the button I want to redraw the cell because currently it only starts to redraw on focus leave.
I know I could call the overridden Paint
method but this requires all the parameters.
I was looking for some methods like Refresh
or Invalidate
but the cell doesn't have such methods.
When pressing on the button within the cell I would like to execute something like
private void CellButton_OnClick(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
// Execute some business logic
// Redraw the cell
}
Edit:
Currently I use this
private void CellButton_OnClick(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
// Execute some business logic
DataGridView.Refresh();
}
but I think this is a bad solution.
