Hystrix circuit breaker is not opening the circuit in my spring mvc application
Circuit is not opening in the spring MVC application even it throws the exception.
I have added spring-cloud-starter-hystrix dependency in pom.xml and I have added @EnableCircuitBreaker at class level and I have added @HystrixCommand at method where I want to apply the hystrix circuit breaker pattern.
