I am trying to convert a normal .wav files into the format of LJSpeech or M-AILABS. I am still not able to find the best way/tools to do it. Is there any open source software that can help convert into these formats or do we need to implement our own converters.

1 I tried to upgrade a yummy sandwich made of two test slices (@JsonTest and @JdbcTest in my case, crunchy test code in between) adding spring boot 2.1 flavour to it.
