Webview app not working without Internet access (only Motorola phones)

I have this simple app that is basically a Webview. The real code of my app is allocated on the webpage. To show how my app works, I have a router with a LAN, but without Internet access, because it doesn't really need it. But my main issue here is that everything works fine in every android phone, but it doesn't work on any Motorola phone.



When there is Internet access everything works like a charm in every phone including Motorola.
I have uninstalled the Chrome browser and updated the Webview for Android with no results.

On a failed save, the target takes 10d6 + 40 force damage. The target is disintegrated if this damage leaves it with 0 hit points. If you were to polymorph an enemy into a rat and then disintegrate it, would the enemy be disintegrated or would it just return to its original form?
