How to use the custom language in api

How can I use my custom language like this file in my language and use it in this API because this API doesn't have Farsi(persian)? I want to create my custom language JSON file and use it. How can I use my custom language in Laravel with lang folder in laravel because this conditions.json
has code and I just create my custom API just for show with responsejson in Laravel.
