Heroku ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '__init__'

We are trying to deploy our finished flask web app to heroku and getting a ton of errors. I'll post as much code as I can, if you need more please just ask. Our files look like this:

our Procfile is:



web: gunicorn flaskr:app


our app is created in the innit.py file



I'm not sure how exactly to post the errors, but here seem to be the most relevant:



$ heroku logs --tail --app=pen-pals
