Unable to install tensonflow with Pip.

Try this:
pip install --user install tensorflow==1.2.1.

You might need to use pip3 instead of pip if using python 3.

Try this:
pip install --user install tensorflow==1.2.1.

You might need to use pip3 instead of pip if using python 3.
