Weblogic WLST failed to authenticate user

0

I am getting below exception while connecting to weblogic using wlst.sh script

wls:/offline> Connecting to t3://localhost:7001 with userid user123...
Traceback (innermost last):
File "<console>", line 1, in ?
File "<iostream>", line 22, in connect
File "<iostream>", line 648, in raiseWLSTException
WLSTException: Error occured while performing connect : User: user123, failed to be authenticated.
Use dumpStack() to view the full stacktrace
wls:/offline> wls:/offline>

When i login with the same password using management console , it is working fine. But when i use connect command via wslt.sh , it is failing.
I had made sure username , password and T3 protocol URL passed to connect command are correct.

Any idea?
