Getting plane equation having side's length and an angle of triangle

How can I get plane equation or normal vector of "a" side? I have problem with it and didn't find solution.

I wonder if I can get plane equation having only parameters shown on a picture or I additionally need point belonging to plane to get its equation?

If I can not get a plane then at least the normal vector?

Hi, I edited my question. It's all what can I see about my problem I think. I just wondering if I can solve this problem having only data shown on the picture.
