Streaming of video stored in database using netbeans
I have stored video-data in Oracle database by storing the physical location as varchar. The database also has columns likes and views for a particular video ? How can I make an java application which streams(play) the video with Max no of likes and views(when we set a query)? Also which libraries can be used?

As it stands this question is off topic for Stack Overflow. It is too broad, and seeks opinions, and you have not shown any research effort at all in your question. For a question like this you generally expected to show some code that you have already written that has a specific problem for which you need assistance. See What topics can I ask about here?.
